Manor Mill Farm
Our farm covers over 500 acres and is split over 4 sites. Our main farm HQ (where we hold our farm experiences and have meat sales) is in the heart of Branscombe.

Where to park when visiting
Unusually for a farm, we are right in the centre of the village and there is not a lot of room, so we don’t allow any parking at the farm. Please park at Branoc Hall (Branscombe Village Hall), Lockseys Lane, EX12 3DB. Payment for parking is by donation, in the well at the entrance to the car park.
Then cross the road, and it is a short (500m) walk down the lane to Manor Mill Farm.
Dog field location
Our dog field is ideally situated for access from Sidmouth, Seaton, Honiton, Ottery and surrounding villages. We are based just off the A3052 and a few miles from Sidmouth, on Salcombe Hill Road.
Park on the roadside between the Norman Lockyer Observatory and the recreation field where the Sid Vale Scout building is located. To access the dog field, walk a short distance along Mill Town Lane, a public bridleway running along the edge of the recreation field. The entrance gate is on the far side of the field.
